My journey teaching English as a Second Language across the globe illuminated a wise truth: there is no "right" path, only the unique journey each soul embarks upon, or grows through, as it finds its way home. As a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault, a neurodiverse being navigating CPTSD, and a woman who has walked through deep shadows, I understand the courage and acceptance it takes to reclaim one's light.
My path began with my own awakening learning to translate emotion into expression and pain into power. It was through the transformative mediums of writing poetry, modeling, and somatic ritual, I discovered the divine rhythm that lives within the human experience. I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand the importance of creating inclusive spaces where all identities are celebrated and honored.
